Oskosh_M100  Join me as I prepare for the 2010 Track & Field Indoor and Outdoor season. All you have to do is read my Training BLOG on Saturdays and train with me by adding my work-outs to your work-outs. On Saturdays, I will give you a rap-up of how I trained for that week. This will be a foundation for your work-out the following week. I would like to know how you trained also. Week 1 covers Oct. 3rd thru Oct. 9th etc. Feel free to ask questions, give opinions and suggestions for any Week’s activities via (Add Comment).
